Step 1 Design a blog through Google or the tool that you prefer. Read about policies labour in Colombia and please write two paragraph answer this question: What would you change about policies labour in your city.

Labor Police in Colombia

In fact, the latter has shown a high persistence after the 1999 crisis, despite the economic takeoff of the following years. The new generations of Colombians may seem oblivious to an unemployment rate of 7%, although this was recorded in 1995. In good time, the Government has implemented policies that attack some of the distortions in the labor market that have caused Colombia has one of the highest unemployment rates in Latin America, according to figures from the World Bank and ECLAC. On the side of labor demand, the Government has provided tax discounts to companies that generate formal employment.

Likewise, the labor market has become more competitive internationally. Additionally, the First Employment Law has granted different tax benefits to companies that link young people under 28 years of age to work, in order to combat youth unemployment that in recent years has almost doubled the national unemployment rate. As for the labor supply, the same reform guaranteed the resources of the Seine and contemplated that, between 2013 and 2015, 40% of the 1% of the income tax for Cree equity, be allocated to public universities. These monies can help increase the low coverage of higher education, which currently stands at 39.5%, and reduce the high college dropout rate, which is around 50%.

It must be borne in mind that a large part of the labor market fragmentation of the last decade has occurred because the majority of the labor force is not trained and labor demand has been concentrated in skilled labor. The challenge of facing unemployment is as important as it is complex. The opinion polls of the Latinobarómetro reveal that unemployment is classified by Colombians as one of the two most serious problems facing the country, and misquotes the Executive in the item of the "fight against unemployment". This could result in the average annual unemployment rate falling from 10.4% in 2012 to a single digit figure in 2013.

What would you change about labor policies in your city?

What would change would be the working hours, because they extend too much
and the people who require employment do so because there are no job opportunities,
the entities take advantage of and abuse the employees.

The other thing that would change would be that the government entities were more
attentive so that the owners or owners pay social security to the workers.

I would also change that jobs in public cases were chosen through a test and not
by politicking that is the one that exists in our region.

Step 2 Describe the supply and demand labour in your country. (Describe  if your city is a productive farming area or an industrial region or a  touristy area, etc…) Describe which are the main sources of employment  in your city. Say which are the largest companies. What are the main  products of these companies?

The supply and labor demand in my municipality is enclosed more to the Agricultural area, because that is where the great part of the people generate employment; when rice is harvested, when it is scratched in  rubber, when chickens, fish, laying hens are reared, when there is avocado harvest, plantain harvest, lemons harvest etc; Then, to carry out this  type of work, people from the community are looked for and work is offered.

In my municipality the main sources of employment are in the rural area,  because more personnel are used to carry out agricultural work, although in  the urban area there is a public services company and municipal mayor who  handles few job offers but they are provided.

One of the companies that exist in my municipality is the company of Quesos la
florida, it should be noted that the only company and is small; Its main products
are quesillo, quesadillas and milk, which are distributed in the city of Cali, Valle.

Step 3 Create a video. In this video explain your ideal job (In which company would you like to work, what salary would you like to have?, etc.
